Jim Jarmusch, I am returning this otherwise good film stock to you because someone has filmed gibberish all over it and put your name at the top.
An interesting metaphor and an acting exercise for a bunch of really talented actors does not make for great storytelling. In fact, it makes the film feel remote, untouchable.
