Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Charlene H — 13 Apr 2012
The lack of stars from me reflects the pretentious nature of the film. More than an hour and a half of uncomfortably wandering through life along side a complete social failure on a journey to nowhere.
I'm guessing it's a statement about modern American, middle-class living. However accurate it may be, it's the same statement Up in the Air made--just less watchable.
