Review of Broken Flowers (2005) by Josè M — 08 Dec 2013
This movie felt similar to Lost in Translation to me; I suppose it's because both Jarmusch and Coppola wrote these movies for Bill Murray. There is hardly anything I don't like Murray in; I think he is one of my favorite actors.
The pace in this movie was conducive to reflection; my only gripe is that I would've liked the end to be somewhat more resolved. But that's a small gripe. Lost in Translation is better, but this is great.
(And the soundtrack KICKS).
