I was rather disappointed with this flick. The acting was decent, nothing spectacular. But, it just left something to be desired. I hate to dump on a movie about letting down your guard, self discovery, and finding love.

I'm all for good things happening to people. Even though it's a movie, it just didn't seem very realistic to as what someone would experience going to another country. For me it fell flat.

I did like the movie, like Parker Posey, and the eye pleasing Melvil Poupaud. Maybe I just expected too much.
