I like Pedro Almodovar because he has his definitive style in the movie, especially how he frames some of the scenes look like a painting. I also like Penelope Cruz because I think her acting ability is getting better and better.
The movie had good story and interesting characters too. Some of the scenes require a little more explanation but it was nothing major. After watching the movie, the title "Broken Embraces" seem quite appropriate.
