Review of Broken Embraces (2009) by Pat T — 02 Feb 2010
"Broken Embraces" is one of 2009's best films. The story, the acting, and cinematography are all top-notch, and the directing is incredible. What sets this film a part from so many other indies is that if I can convince you to see a film with subtitles, I think you won't regret it as it is both artsy and accessible.
It's a twisty thriller with one of the most satisfying endings - seriously, this is a great movie.
