Review of Broken Embraces (2009) by Gigi L — 03 May 2010
I was up and down with this film for a bit, but once I gets goin (at least for me) then it measures up nicely. You must be a lover of film to like this or even watch it. Pedro the director directs it with such a unique attitude so differently than many in american do.
The man who played Mateo was grade A great. penelope was better in vanilla sky. The film concentrates on lust,love, how fast life goes by, guilt and power.
