I liked the story a lot. I think both girls are innocent and Alice's choice to take all the blame was really generous. That proves she is a loyal friend,she sacrificed her freedom to release Darlene. That's wonderful!
I don't Know if they took the story from "Bangkok Hilton"(with Nicole Kidman),but the story is very similar...
