Review of Broadway Danny Rose (1984) by Conor L — 14 Jan 2008
Another lovely Woody film, where he plays a low rent agent representing even lower rent acts in NYC. It's not the best of the best from his canon, but it's certainly up there. The movie looks great in black and white, and that final shot is just perfect.
Woody deservedly earned Oscar noms for writing and directing.
