Not laugh-out-loud funny but it does have a lot of scenes that make you chuckle. However, the reason why my rating is so high is because the story is so interesting and it holds your attention from the beginning.
William Hurt, Holly Hunter, and Albert Brooks give excellent performances (some of the best I've seen).
