Review of Bringing Up Baby (1938) by Bryanna H — 02 Oct 2008
I liked Hepburn in her early screwball comedies more than her pairings with Spencer Tracy. She works great against Cary Grant. This movie and It Happened One Night have a little bit in common plot/characterization-wise.
I tend to find this film more entertaining and assecible to modern audiences and therefore a surprising treat for yours truly. My favorite scene is a the end when Hepburn returns Grant's missing dinosaur bone.
Anyone that wants to get into screwball comedies, Hepburn movies, movies about leopards...whatever, this is a good place to start for all those things.
