Review of Bringing Up Baby (1938) by Simon D — 29 Mar 2012
Fairly entertaining but I can't really see the comedy in the art of fast-talking. This seems to be a technique that was very common in early comedies and carried on into modern films by the likes of Woody Allen.
Now, if Cary Grant would have kept his Bristol accent, then you surely have comedy gold on a plate.
