Review of Bringing Out the Dead (1999) by Stephen H — 14 Nov 2008
One of the most criminally overlooked films ever. Everything about this film resonated with me very deeply. Nicolas Cage gives one of his very best performances and being a Scorsese picture, the direction is obviously astounding.
The screenplay by Paul Schrader is amongst his best works.
