Review of Bringing Out the Dead (1999) by Muktashif D — 26 Mar 2011
8.0/10 --.
See Cage as a paramedic who competes with his co-workers for the title of Man With Biggest Personality Issues. Cage wins, but only because he's frequently hallucinating dead homeless girls. That's "Bringing Out The Dead". Chock full of good actors and good music, the film maintains a tone that is somehow darkly funny and startlingly effectual. Moral of the story: The people being payed to save your life are probably lunatics. Brilliant.
