Review of Bringing Down the House (2003) by Adam E — 24 Feb 2008
Steve Martin must have regretted this little outing quite early on during the shoot. With a script filled with questionnable racial humour and preposterous plot points it all makes for indifferent viewing.
And any comedy with Queen Latifah should be avoided at all costs. Still, MArtin tries his best and has a couple of funny moments to have fun with. Overall though, it's pretty disappointing stuff.
