What a beautiful, beautiful movie! Although this is a love story in which the audience knows the tragic end from the get go, the performances by Ben Whishaw and Abbie Cornish bring so much authenticity and life that we are still surprised by the comings and goings of this relationship.
The supporting cast is also extremely accomplished and the costumes and sets are beautiful!
