Review of Bright Star (2009) by Benjamin K — 14 Aug 2010
One word: Boring. There was an oppurtunity to fill this movie with emotion due to the subject matter but I felt it was bland due to the lack of music which is used to create emotion, but was not used so much in the film.
The acting was ok but I didn't feel the performances were fluid and you couldn't warm up to the characters as much as you would have liked to. Overall a boring, bland film.
