Review of Bright Star (2009) by Valerie P — 14 Feb 2011
This was a slow-burner for me. I ended up enjoying it, but it just took awhile for me to get caught up in the characters. The lives of the writers the world appreciates are always of interest to me. I find it sad when anyone famous dies before knowing how successful they truly are. This is a very romantic historic drama, but it's one of those unactualized loves.
Am I the only one who thinks that Ben Whishaw looks a bit like Ian Brown?
