Sure, Bright is loud, dumb, and derivative. So? It's still fun. It's like a freak sideshow. It promises Training Day meets Alien Nation- but WITH ORCS! What did you expect to see when you came inside? It delivers on it's promise with gusto.
People complaining about Bright just seemed determined not to have fun with it. It's exciting, fast-paced, shoot-em-up nonsense with a fantasy twist. Critics need to chill. Smith and Edgerton are actually pretty great together.
I'm down for 2 Bright 2 Blinding.
