I love Will Smith and this was a fun buddy movie to watch him in. I also liked the Shadowrun type mythology (and for what it's worth, I'm glad they didn't explain everything about it). I liked how they presented a tough reality and had people being good (and bad) in it.
It was refreshing to have some good pulp sci-fi/fantasy (without the heavy-handed preachiness). And from Netflix, no less.
