Review of Bright (2017) by Jegcel — 22 Dec 2017
It's a nice film to pass the time. Bright has some intriguing racial/social concepts. I rate it 9 because critics nowadays seem to not know a thing about storytelling and narrative. They certainly haven't studied literature and what makes a great story.
Plus, they have grudge against Netflix releasing Hollywood-like films. This is even better told than The Last Jedi. Will Smith plays an interesting role--a police officer torn between doing what's right and what he's told to do.
I recommend it.
