Review of Bright (2017) by Raymond D — 22 Dec 2017

This is a great movie, ignore the critics and actually take the time to watch it because it melds 2 completely different styles together very well.

Will and Joel's chemistry is natural and they portray their respectives characters very well.

Everyone has the right to their opinion but personally I think it was a great film was very funny dialogue while maintaining a very steady pace. The action sequences were fantastic and the choreography was almost reminiscent of the hallway scene in Daredevil.

This movie doesn't "fall painfully" at any point and the social commentary was obviously meant to be apparent, if it made critics uncomfortable then good because it is a mirror image of the race relations currently happening right now in America. I'm giving Bright a resounding " thumbs up " or 5 stars because it was well made, with a thought provocaking premise.

Again, you can read the critics reviews but honestly watch it for yourself and give this movie a fair chance and you won't be disapointed.
