Even a ton of actors from some of the best television shows--The Wire, Law & Order, The Office, SNL, Arrest Development--could not save this film. This was one of those cases where the play does not adapt well to the screen.
I'd be curious what a more seasoned director could have done to make it more enjoyable but it just seemed to try too hard to be deep. There were a few funny lines and Julianne Nicholson is smokin' hot, but that wasn't enough to keep me engaged long enough to see the closing credits.
