Review of Brief Encounter (1945) by David Q — 15 Jan 2008
Who knew David Lean made films that weren't grand epics? great and honest story about the pains of love and longing. beautifully shot in spite of having few locations. wonderfully acted by by the two leads especially Celia Johnson.
definitely worth seeking out if you can find it.
