Review of Bridget Jones's Baby (2016) by Jonathan M — 21 Sep 2016

The movie itself was funny and predictable , it was written keeping in mind Bridget Jones , as if she didn't age , it is a perfect sequel to the movies we all love .

Now on the negative side this movie should have been done 10 years ago before Rene have surgery and don't look like bridget Jones anymore , who is supposed to be a chubby clumbsy kind of woman , the movie should have acknowledge change in the story line and not just ignore it. Rene transcended Bridget and I am deeply happy for her , you can see the wisdom in her eyes , you can see that she could have great roles as a mature actress on screen.

Overall Bridget Jones baby is not a bad movie , it has its moments and brings some of UK greatest actors, it's just not a movie that I would want to watch right away again.
