Review of Bridget Jones's Baby (2016) by Farah R — 08 Jul 2017
This overdue installment to the Bridget Jones series is lighthearted, sweet, and funny. Zellweger has still got it and she's finally back to put closure to Bridget's story or her happily ever after.
The script is absolutely hilarious and I loved the quirky relationship between the potential dads. I'm also incredibly happy Bridget ended up with Mr. Darcy as I've been rooting for them since the first film.
There may be nothing particularly new to offer to the rom-com genre, but it's still enjoyable to a fault.
