Review of Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason (2004) by Lucy T — 23 Aug 2009
Really wasn't as bad as critics say it is, but was low down in expectations and can't be even compared to the first one. And yes, the film tries to reformulate all that made the first one a success, but adds some novelties.
Rennee Zelwegger is as always charismatic without too much excess and the supporting actors are as effective as in the first part. Likeable but forgettable.
