Review of Bridge to Terabithia (2007) by William Z — 27 Dec 2011
The charachter of Leslie was cheerful and adorable but Josh's acting skills didn't convince me that much. I didn't know what to expect from this movie but I was pleased it was something that even I in my near 30's could watch it.
But to think about the story there was nothing new I haven't already seen - bullying at school, finding a best friend, a son who desperately needs more love and attention from his father, a boy who is talented but nobody notices it and the rest I'm not gonna tell.
:) I guess I was waiting for some bigger adventure like in The Chronicles of Narnia or Arthur and the Minimoys.
