I was expecting an adventure movie. The marketers are liars. The actors are all very good, but the movie is weird. I felt as though I was being preached at, but I couldn't figure out exactly what the movie was preaching.
Something about the movie feels really repressed, which makes sense when I heard it's produced by the Christian lot who also funded the new Narnia movies.
