Review of Bridge to Terabithia (2007) by Sanchayan S — 22 Mar 2014

A beautiful story , visually pleasing and emotionally stable , "Bridge to Terabithia" is Gabor Csupo's final work and it is brilliant. An adaptation of the novel of the same name , it stays absolutely faithful to its source and with fine blend of imagination and fantasy it provides a deep character driven story about a boy who experiences joy and loss and the terrible sense of emptiness through his own eyes and uses fantasy as the only way to escape from the otherwise dull and harsh world but even that could not cover the reality.

Gorgeous storytelling , creature designing and a rich sense of detail , this film is a wonderfully performed tale.
