Review of Bridge to Terabithia (2007) by Garret I — 21 Jul 2014

I loved the book, but I expected to hate the movie, cuz the trailer was just awful. I must say I was pleasantly surprised because I ended up liking the movie as well. of course it was nowhere near as emotional as the book, mostly because of the bad CGI and the ability, or lack thereof of the actors.

Also the relationships between characters are much better developed and portrayed in the book. Despite all this I think the movie did a good job, especially with the setting and even the casting, in terms of being physically right for the part.
