Review of Bridge of Spies (2015) by Eric R — 12 Feb 2016
It was good, but not great. An interesting story. I enjoyed how they told both the Abel story and the Francis Gary Powers stories and the parallels between the two and how the two came together. There were times when it felt a bit jingoistic.
But other times where it felt very balanced. I don't think this rises to Best Picture nominee even though it was an interesting movie.
