Review of Bridesmaids (2011) by Megan A — 21 May 2013
A very cliche attempt to depict the life of a jealous single woman. Immature attempts at humor which left much to be desired. The movie seemed to tell its audience that women will allow themselves to be used and abused in order to find a mate, attempt to destroy the happiness of anyone who succeeds before them, and pass by anyone who makes an honest attempt to help them or be kind.
Lucky they fixed everything in the end, in the most predictable fashion, just enough to not make it seem entirely sexist and lame.
