Review of Bridesmaids (2011) by Bobby C — 25 May 2013
Not a bad film but not as great as the hype around it was made out to be. One thing that always bugs me in a film is when the lead is the weakness of the film. I dont know if this stems from acting, writing, or personal taste but I just felt that every supporting character out-shined Kristen Wiig.
The comedy is ok and inconsistent but it is the heart of the story that is the strength of the film.
