Review of Bridesmaids (2011) by Stephanie G — 10 Feb 2014
I finally watched this film a couple of months ago & vowed I wouldn't review it because I hated it so much. But they are running it on prime time tv tonight & I just have a few things to say: This film is NOT funny. Obnoxiousness, rudeness & crudeness is NOT comedy. I actually felt sorry for those actresses, even Kristen Wiig looks uncomfortable in a few scenes. And if this is what American comedy is changing into, I'd say American comedy is dead.
And if you haven't already guessed, I hated the HANGOVER series too. NOT funny.
