This is Godfather 3 all ove again. The TV series is a monument of fidelity; I cannot remember anything more true to its source. The new movie looks good, allows younger generations of actors to take part in a legendary story, but fails to live up to the original.
Of course they all wanted a chance to play in Castle Howard, but this is either the Cliff Notes version or a deconstruction.
