Havin not seen the tv series or read the book I didnt quite know what to expect but what I did find was an amazing n compeling drama full of intrige n decite.this film has a wonderfully faboulas cast ben whishaw matt goode emma thompson michael gambon n hayley atwell.

the locations are stunning especily the venice scene.there are times wen it does drag a tad but are quickly pulled out of the mire with witty dialoge n great chemistry to make BR a cinamatic triumph.
