Review of Brideshead Revisited (2008) by Elizabeth H — 15 Jan 2010
Solid melò about sin, mysticism, lust and redemption, explored from the inside out by an "onion skin" plot. Every character is tried and find his faith in a hurtful, enigmatic manner; the last of them is the protagonist, an average-man manifestation of faustian materialism to remember.
