Review of Bride of the Monster (1955) by Gavin — 22 Feb 2007
Absolutely brilliant. Never have I watched a film so unintentionally funny as this. From the famous rubber octopus to the cardboard acting of just about every supporting actor involved, this is a tour de force in the 'B' movie world.
Bela Lugosi's overacting style fits perfectly as he struggles to lift this piece of cinematic history from the cuttings room floor. Not sure whether to give it one star or five. One of the worst films ever, but DEFINITELY worth watching!
