Review of Bride of Frankenstein (1935) by Woody W — 13 Nov 2007
This is how you make a sequel. Excellent continuity with the first 'Frankenstein' movie and the story flows well. A very young and lovely Elsa Lanchester as Mary Shelley and his bride. An uncredited John Carradine as a hunter and see if you can spot Walter Brennan.
The only negative -- and it's really not a negative -- is I can't watch this without thinking about Mel Brooks' "Young Frankenstein". Another great sequel?
