Review of Bride of Chucky (1998) by Sean L — 16 Aug 2009
Eleven years ago, a TV spot for this movie left me unable t sleep for weeks. Now I finally see it, and of course it isn't even remotely scary. But thats ok because the intentional humor and campy tone of the movie really worked for me and I liked it a lot.
Ronny Yu made Freddy vs Jason into the awesome movie that it was and the same kind of insane energy is on display here. It was really a lot of fun.
