The reason why Austen named the book "Pride and Prejudice" was because Mr. Darcy was Pride and Elizabeth Bennet or (Lalita Bakshi) was Prejudice. However this movie makes no sense of whom is "Bride". Besides, everyone knows what is the ending. The movie itself was okay but definitely not a masterpiece.
