Gotta be honest. it's just not as good as you want it to be. I should have known it was pretty much going to be the same quality as the District B13 and even worse it's sequel. Some pretty good action, okay acting from everyone except RZA who couldn't figure out how to keep a Jamaican accent and the story was just, eh.
Not all bad.
