Review of Brewster McCloud (1971) by Maggie S — 22 Oct 2007
On the heels of MASH Altman made this film. This one has a, dare I say it, plot; a thin plot to be sure but a plot nonetheless. It could have been called Icarus, but you'll have to see it to find out why I said that.
If I recall correctly this film also does a send up on Bullitt. Now there's two films you have to see. This is theater of the absurd for the big screen but thoroughly entertaining.
