Review of Breathless (1983) by Interfan841 . — 23 Mar 2011

A truly unique film that I have not seen the like of. What is definitely clear is how later films such as Bonnie and Clyde were influenced by it. There is this randomness and messiness about this film that actually seemed cool and was fun.

The dialogue is something that I really enjoyed and thought complimented the entire mood of the film perfectly. Perhaps the greatest revelation to me was Jean Seberg who, after watching her in this film, has become one of the most beautiful and elegant actresses I had ever watched.

Overall, a film for movie buffs that others might not really enjoy.
