Review of Breaking the Waves (2014) by Carlos R — 30 Dec 2010
Bizarre, beautiful and moving in equal proportions, this is a wonderful and painful experience for anyone to watch. Watson's character was annoying sometimes for how innocent she was, but then I got used to her nature, and I began to feel sorry and care for her.
.. an amazing character after all, and Mrs. Watson played it superbly. Skarsgard was also great and very believable in that role. There were some amazing and memorable moments, and this movie despite an ambiguous and unsatisfying start got so much better as the minutes passed by, and in the end I really liked it.
