Review of Breaking and Entering (2006) by Joe H — 16 Aug 2008

I don't understand why this movie got such bad reviews. Well, maybe the story was a bit muddled, and I honestly didn't see the "connection" between Will and Amira, but I loved the cinemaphotography and the tone this film broght out. And I LOVED Robin Wright Penn's character. I would get the dvd just for her existance in the film. The relationship between her and Jude Law's character was well developed. I loved both the warmth and distance between the two.

Not so perfect, but not dismantled in any way either. That's how true relationships are. Their imperfections make it perfect.
