Review of Breaking and Entering (2006) by James K — 11 Jan 2010
Surprisingly good. Not great, just good (borderline okay). Vera Farmiga... almost didn't recognize her. Juliette Binoche, always a good performance. Robin Wright Penn plays her character all too well.
.. makes me wonder how much of a stretch it is for her. Story of a well to do architecht with a severely depressed wife. A boy working with a Serbian gang breaks into his office stealing all the electronics.
Jude Law catches the boy one night stealing and follows him home to discover his mother and he begins to fall in love with the mom. It all comes to a point when the police figure out who stole all the computer equipment and Jude Law has to face the situation he has put himself into.
Good DVD rental.
