Review of Breaking and Entering (2006) by Ollie W — 12 Jan 2012
Outstanding performances from Jude Law as an architect searching for happiness, Juliette Binoche as a Serbian Muslim immigrant in London struggling to survive and Robin Wright as a woman desperately trying to regain warmth in a rapidly alienated relationship- and excellent direction and script make this a winning drama.
Slightly old, but not dated- universal human emotions seldom are. Made me drop the hyped releases of the present and explore the underrated gems like this.
