I must give props to my husband for pointing out Jean-Claude Van Damme in the boardwalk breakin' scene. The dancing is pretty great but the female lead is... well, about as believable as Spike Jonze as part of a 'b-boy posse'.
The dialogue and plot are horrendously bad, and I love the way the director chooses almost precisely the wrong shots to showcase whatever's going on, breakdance-wise. Unintentionally hilarious.
